The Duluth School District ISD-709 is offering a 2023

Historic Black Colleges and University (HBCU) college tour to provide students, parents, teachers, counselors, and community members> This unique opportunity will let the group visit multiple college campuses in a single trip. The cost for the program is $100 for ISD709 students and a sliding scale for community members.
